- I was the operations environmental Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the committee that established Kohler Co.’s initial sustainability strategy in 2008 and helped to lead the program until my retirement in 2023.

In 2007-2008 this was largely Excel based, using shared network files.
By 2023 this was largely global enterprise software based, assembling data from several diverse reporting systems.
